第一階段 First Section

- 依當天主題介紹食材、菜色文化背景和營養學。
- An introduction on the cultural background, ingredients, and nutrition facts of the cuisine that will be made.
- 食物離不開土地,透過各種食材的介紹,認識菜色文化背景和營養學,帶你經歷一趟美味豐盛的小旅行。

Teacher Stalu will incorporate the element of travel, as food and environment are two inseparable topics.
A guest speaker will be invited to do a short speech. The class will be conducted in seminar format allowing the students to speak more and interact with the teacher(s).

第二階段 Second Section

應用課(觀察、構思、測試和製作、展現)
Application class (observation, brainstorming, cooking, testing, presentation)

- 醬料是料理特色的基礎,製作醬料的功力決定了一個廚師的價值。課程中將品嚐老師製備的醬料, 辨別其中所使用的香料,並透過第一堂課所學到的營養學知識,自製醬料,教你如何讓日常餐桌變得更豐富多元。
- Students will smell and taste the sample sauce prepared by the teacher, and then try to recreate the sauce. Teacher Stalu will bring a kit of spice-containing wine noses for students to smell. Students will choose spices amongst these to add to their own sauce and try to reproduce the scent of the sample sauce. Students can smell the wine noses for free for up to three times. Starting from the fourth time, students will have to use the gold coins that they have earned during the first section of the camp. Students can use the knowledge on nutrition that they’ve gained in the first section to obtain more points for the sauces that they’ve created by adding fruits and vegetables to their sauces; consequently, making their sauces more nutritious and if possible, delicious as well.

第三階段 Third Section
( 13:00-15:00 ) -
友誼賽(明辨性思考、討論、設計、測試、競爭、品嚐)
Friendly Competition (critical thinking, discussion, design, testing, competing, tasting)

- 當場運用課程所學,讓你也嘗試當主廚的滋味,並邀請家長當評審,進行一場充滿趣味的料理大賽。
- Students will use gold coins to purchase materials for the cooking competition. The cuisines made by the students will be judged by parents.

結尾 End
( 15:00-15:30 ) -
- 結尾:課程最後讓大家品嚐、分享自己做的料理,同時也總結發表此次營隊的表現和成果。
- Ending: A summary of the students’ performances and achievements during the camp session will be presented while parents enjoy the food that their children have made.
- 功課:心得報告分享,形式不拘。
- Homework: Students will submit a report to give feedback about the camp. (No restrictions on the formatting, but inclusion of photos is strongly encouraged.)
